Cristina Kirchner has once again brought up the topic of the death of prosecutor Alberto Nisman by publishing a message signed by Oscar Parrilli on social media as part of the tenth anniversary of his death. In this message, questions are raised about the possible complicity of the Kirchnerist government in the case, considering the positions of power held by Parrilli and Kirchner at that time.
One of the revelations that raises doubts is the insinuation that Diego Lagomarsino, Nisman’s collaborator, could have been an "inorganic agent" of the SIDE, suggesting an additional dimension to the narrative of the case. Since the beginning of the investigation, Lagomarsino has been legally represented by Maximiliano Rusconi, a lawyer linked to Kirchnerism, who is said to have received offers to occupy high positions in the judicial sphere.
Parrilli, in his letter, expresses his willingness to undergo any confrontation with anyone to clarify the truth surrounding the case. This new revelation raises more questions than answers and underscores the complexity of Nisman’s legacy, emphasizing the importance of conducting a thorough and transparent investigation that is not restricted solely to the members of the SIDE from that time.
In the recent communication, it is suggested that Lagomarsino may have been linked to a plan to assassinate Nisman, which could imply a conspiracy from internal power circles. Over the course of a decade, it has been concluded that Nisman was murdered, coinciding with Kirchner's previous statements on the matter.
Currently, Lagomarsino and four bodyguards are facing judicial processes related to the case, while former Minister of Security, Sergio Berni, faces accusations for his actions at the crime scene. Parrilli's letter also points to the possible existence of control over Nisman from the former SIDE, adding to the complexities of the case.
Additionally, the commemoration of the anniversary of a public letter issued by Kirchner in 2015 is highlighted, where he questioned the official version of Nisman’s death and suggested reasons to doubt the suicide theory. This new information presents challenges and opens new lines of investigation in a case that continues to generate controversy.
